Share-UPS - UPS interface expander from American Power Conversion, APC.
 
Share-UPS allows management of the power environment for multiple servers
from one server. Works with APC's Smart-UPS or Matrix-UPS.
- 8 completely OS-independent servers to a single UPS (15 servers with 2
    Share-UPS).
  - Notification of power failure
  - Signal to shutdown
  - Put UPS into battery conservation mode
  - Manages re-boot when power returns 
Note: For first port use APC0020 for remaining ports use APC6014
- Multiple modes (confirmed, timer and low battery)
- Local hardwired serial connections
- Central UPS management
- "Out of Band" management via modem (remote management of UPS using ex-
