Hard Drive Retention
RESPONSE TIME: Next Business Day; COVERAGE WINDOW: 9 x 5 (9 hrs and 5 days)
DURATION : 3 Yrs
ONSITE SERVICE:* If Lenovo cannot resolve users problem over the phone,
with they applying machine code or software updates, or with a CRU
(Customer Replaceable Unit), we will use reasonable commerical endeavours
to be on-site within the Target Response Time
* NBD svc is provided during normal buss hrs excl public &national Holidays
* A service technician will be dispatched to arrive at users location
within the NBD from the time the problem determination is finished
* In all other cases the date and time for on-site intervention will be
mutually agreed upon
* To receive NBD response call must be logged with Lenovo by no later
than 4.00pm local time
HARD DRIVE RETENTION:
* If users hard drive fails, retain the failed drive that contains their
Business data
* Hard Disk Drive Retention can be purchased as part of ThinkPlus Priority
as an add-on option
